How is my dog's personalized blend shipped?

Your dog's personalized blend is created, measured, and shipped from our facility in Clinton, Iowa via UPS. Your shipment will arrive at your door in about 3-5 days.

Can I order a blend by phone?

An account, blend, and subscription must be created online. If you need assistance completing either, please contact our Customer Care Team.

How quickly can I receive my dog's blend?

After you place your order, we will create your dog's personalized blend. Orders placed after 5pm EST, or on a weekend, will be created the next available business day. Once we ship your order, it should arrive at your door in approximately 3-5 days via UPS.

Do I need to sign for the order?

UPS drivers have the discretion to leave, or not to leave, a package at a residence without a signature depending on weather conditions and/or perceived safety of the environment.

How do I make these special arrangements with UPS?

If you sign up for UPS My Choice®, you can add special instructions prior to the first delivery attempt. You can also arrange pickup from a local UPS location or request delivery to a UPS Access Point online. Visit https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page for more information.

Will you ship product to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APOs, PO boxes or FPOs?

We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APOs, PO boxes, and FPOs at this time. 

I need more of my dog’s blend, but my next subscription delivery won’t make it in time. What do I do?

Your deliveries are carefully timed by our team in Clinton, IA. Currently, orders are shipped using UPS Ground. For concerns, please call our Customer Care Team: 1-855-842-0493.

Can you deliver to an address other than the one associated with my credit card?

Absolutely.  You will have the option to input both a shipping address and billing address during checkout.

Will my dog food delivery be impacted by holiday shipping delays?

Our team always works as quickly and safely as possible to deliver your dog’s food. During the holiday season, there may be a delay in processing and shipping times due to factors like high order volume and shipping carrier schedules.

Your subscription makes it easy to know when you can expect your next 28-day supply of dog food.

Here’s how it works:

  •  We will send you an order confirmation email when your next order is placed by our team.
  • Once your order has been filled and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
  • The tracking number provided can give you the latest details about when to expect delivery of your dog’s food.
  • Next month, we do it all again!
