How do I enroll in a subscription for a new blend I’m creating?

Select "Start a Blend" on the homepage to create an account and start your dog's blend and subscription.

How much does a subscription cost? Can I buy Just Right without a subscription?

Just Right is only available as a monthly subscription. (You are free to adjust or cancel your subscription at any time.) Since your blend is unique to your dog, the monthly Just Right dog food subscription price varies based on your dog's size and individual needs.

Though every dog is different, we tend to see the average prices by breed size below. Get started today to find your dog's personalized subscription plan and price.

When am I charged for my subscription orders?

You will see a $0.00 authorization on your credit card when you place your order. You will not be charged until your order is shipped.

I use Gmail and Just Right emails are being filtered into my Promotions tab. How can I redirect Just Right emails to my Primary inbox?

We recommend disabling the Promotions tab in your Gmail account or adding Just Right to your contact list.

To disable your Promotions tab, follow these steps:

  • Access your Gmail account, then select the gear icon to view your settings.
  • Select “See all settings”.
  • Under the “Inbox” tab, view the list of inbox categories and uncheck “Promotions”.
  • Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

To add Just Right to your contact list, follow these steps:

  • Open an email you have received from Just Right.
  • Select the three dots at the top right-hand corner of the email.
  • Select “Add [Name] to contact list”.
How soon can I get my dog food delivery?

After you place your order, we will create your dog's personalized blend. Orders placed after 4pm EST, or on a weekend, will be created the next available business day. Once we ship your order, it should arrive at your door in approximately 3-5 days.

How will I get notified about an upcoming order?

Our team will email you when your dog's next supply of Just Right is ordered. We'll send another email when that order ships.

How do I change/reschedule my next order date?

To change the date of your next order:
1) Navigate to "My Account" > "Pet Subscriptions" > "Manage Subscription".
2) Click "Reschedule" and select your preferred option.
a) Select "Send Now" to send your order immediately. 
b) Select "Delay 1 Week" or "Skip Next Order" to delay the date of your next order.
c) Select "Select Custom Date" to choose a custom date from the calendar. 
3) Click "Apply". Your subscription will update to reflect the change.

Note: You must change your order date before the cut-off date for your order. Any changes made after the cut-off date will take effect for your next order. Orders typically ship on the next available business day after the order date. Updating your order date will automatically adjust the schedule for future orders.

Can I skip an order?

Yes. To skip your next order:
1) Navigate to "My Account" > "Pet Subscriptions" > "Manage Subscription".
2) Select "Reschedule".
3) Select "Skip next order".
4) Click "Apply". Your subscription will update to reflect the change.

Note: You must change your order date before the cut-off date for your order. Any changes made after the cut-off date will take effect for your next order. Orders typically ship on the next available business day after the order date. Updating your order date will automatically adjust the schedule for future orders.

How do I edit the shipping address associated with my Subscription?

To edit the shipping address associated with a subscription, you must first add the new address your account. To add a new shipping address, follow these steps:

1) Navigate to "My Account" > "My Address Book".
2) Select "Add A New Address".
3) Enter your new shipping address and select "Save Changes".

Once the new address has been added to your address book, follow these steps to update a shipping address tied to a subscription:

1) Navigate to "My Account" and select "Pet Subscriptions".
2) Select "Manage Subscription" for the blend that needs an updated shipping address.
3) Open the "Billing & Shipping" tab.
4) Select your recently added new address and select "Save Changes".

How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

Please contact our customer care team to change the frequency of your subscription. While the amount of food you receive each order will remain the same, our customer care team can help find a frequency to better suit you and your dog. Email Care@JustRightPetfood.com or call 1-855-842-0493.

How do I make changes to my subscription blend?

How to edit your subscription blend:
1) Navigate to "My Account" > "Pet Subscriptions".
2) Select "Manage Subscription" for the blend you want to edit.
3) Open the "Your Dog's Profile" tab on the Pet Subscriptions page.
4) Navigate to the field you want to update; select the pencil icon to edit your response.
5) Once you have completed your updates, scroll to the bottom and select "Update Blend" to save your changes.

NOTE: There are some changes that may require to you to update another answer before proceeding. The impacted answers will show an error and ask you to update in order to save the change.

6) After you select "Update Blend," we'll ask you to confirm your edits.

NOTE: Some changes may impact the price of your dog's blend. We will inform you of any price changes.

7) To save the edit, select "Confirm Blend Update". To cancel the edits, select "Cancel" or the "X" in the upper right corner of the popup window.

Can I enroll in subscriptions for multiple dogs?

Yes! After adding your first blend to your cart, follow the link at the bottom of your cart that reads "Have another dog? Start a blend." Or, you can select "Start A Blend" in the upper right corner of our site navigation. As you build a new blend for each dog, the blends will be added to your cart individually. Then, you can easily complete a single checkout for multiple blends.

If you already have an active subscription for one dog and want to start another, simply select "Start A Blend" in the upper right corner of our site. Once you've perfected that blend, you can proceed through checkout to complete the new subscription.

How do I cancel a subscription?

To cancel a subscription:
1) Navigate to "My Account" > "Pet Subscriptions" > "Manage Subscription".
2) Select "Cancel Subscription".

You must cancel your order by the next order date. Any cancellations placed after the order cut off date will take effect for the next order cycle.

Changed your mind? To reactivate a subscription:
1) Navigate to "My Account" >" Pet Subscriptions" > "Manage Subscription".
2) Select "re-activate".

Why does my pet's food come in different sized bags?

We carefully pack your dog's blend in different size bags to deliver their personalized amount of kibble as efficiently as possible.

Why is my dog's bag of kibble only partially filled?

Your dog receives a personalized amount of food in each delivery. We may partially fill a larger bag to ensure your dog receives the right amount of kibble for their 28-day supply.

How long should my order last?

Your dog's blend is formulated by our nutritionist to last 28 days, based on the information you provide us about your dog. Make sure to follow the personalized feeding instructions on your insert and serve level scoops to ensure your supply lasts.
