How do I enroll in a subscription for a new blend I’m creating?

Select "Start a Blend" on the homepage to create an account and start your dog's blend and subscription.

How much does a subscription cost? Can I buy Just Right without a subscription?

No. Just Right is only available as a monthly subscription. The monthly subscription price is based on your dog’s unique blend that you help create. You are free to adjust or cancel your subscription at any time.

When am I charged for my subscription orders?

You will see a $0.00 authorization on your credit card when you place your order. You will not be charged until your order is shipped.

How will I get notified about an upcoming order?

Our team will email you when your dog's next supply of Just Right is ordered. We'll send another email when that order ships.

How do I change my order date/shipment frequency?

To adjust the date of your next order:
1) Navigate to "My Account" > "My Pet Blends" > "Manage Subscription".
2) Select "Send Now" to send as soon as possible, or change the order date in the "Next Order Date" box. You must change your order date before the cut-off date for you order. Any changes made after the cut-off date will take effect for your next order.

To change your order date:
1) Navigate to "My Account" > "My Pet Blends" > "Manage Subscription" > Next Order Date".
2) Select your new date.
3) Confirm the change to update your order date.

Note: Updating the shipping date of your subscription will update the subscription cadence for future orders also.
You are not able to change the shipping frequency.

Can I skip a delivery of dog food?

Yes. To skip a delivery:
1) Navigate to "My Account" > "My Pet Blends" > "Manage Subscription".
2) In the "Next Order Date" box, select the date when you would like to have your next order placed. You must change your order date before the cut-off date for you order, which will be displayed under "Next Order Date". Any changes made after the cut-off date will take effect for your next order.
3) Select your new date.
4) Confirm the change to update your shipping date. If you have multiple subscriptions, you will need to the shipping date for each individually.

Note: Updating the shipping date of your subscription will update the subscription cadence for future orders also.
You are not able to change the shipping frequency.

How do I cancel a subscription?

To cancel a subscription:
1) Navigate to "My Account" > "My Pet Blends" > "Manage Subscription".
2) Select "Cancel Subscription".

You must cancel your order by the cut off date shown in the "Next Order Date" box. Any cancellations placed after the order cut off date will take effect for the next order cycle.

Changed your mind? To reactivate a subscription:
1) Navigate to "My Account" >" My Pet Blends" > "Manage Subscription".
2) Select "re-activate".

How do I edit the shipping address associated with my Subscription?

To edit the shipping address associated with a subscription, you must first add the new address your account. To add a new shipping address, follow these steps:

1) Navigate to "My Account" > "My Address Book".
2) Select "Add A New Address".
3) Enter your new shipping address and select "Save Changes".

Once the new address has been added to your address book, follow these steps to update a shipping address tied to a subscription:

1) Navigate to "My Account" and select "My Pet Blends".
2) Select "Manage Subscription" for the blend that needs an updated shipping address.
3) Open the "Billing & Shipping" tab.
4) Select your recently added new address and select "Save Changes".

How do I make changes to my subscription blend?

How to edit your subscription blend:
1) Navigate to "My Account" > "My Pet Blends".
2) Select "Manage Subscription" for the blend you want to edit.
3) Open the "Your Dog's Profile" tab on the Pet Blend page.
4) Navigate to the field you want to update; select the pencil icon to edit your response.
5) Once you have completed your updates, scroll to the bottom and select "Update Blend" to save your changes.

NOTE: There are some changes that may require to you to update another answer before proceeding. The impacted answers will show an error and ask you to update in order to save the change.

6) After you select "Update Blend," we'll ask you to confirm your edits.

NOTE: Some changes may impact the price of your dog's blend. We will inform you of any price changes.

7) To save the edit, select "Confirm Blend Update". To cancel the edits, select "Cancel" or the "X" in the upper right corner of the popup window.

Can I enroll in subscriptions for multiple dogs?

Yes! After adding your first blend to your cart, follow the link at the bottom of your cart that reads "Have another dog? Start a blend." Or, you can select "Start A Blend" in the upper right corner of our site navigation. As you build a new blend for each dog, the blends will be added to your cart individually. Then, you can easily complete a single checkout for multiple blends.

If you already have an active subscription for one dog and want to start another, simply select "Start A Blend" in the upper right corner of our site. Once you've perfected that blend, you can proceed through checkout to complete the new subscription.

Why does my pet's food come in different sized bags?

We carefully pack your dog's blend in different size bags to deliver their personalized amount of kibble as efficiently as possible.

Why is my dog's bag of kibble only partially filled?

Your dog receives a personalized amount of food in each delivery. We may partially fill a larger bag to ensure your dog receives the right amount of kibble for their 28-day supply.

How long should my order last?

Your dog's blend is formulated by our nutritionist to last 28 days, based on the information you provide us about your dog. Make sure to follow the personalized feeding instructions on your insert and serve level scoops to ensure your supply lasts.
