  1. Can I return product once I receive it?

  2. I'm not sure how many pounds I should order. Can you provide feeding information so I can determine how long my order might last?

    After you’ve created your blend, we provide you with a custom daily feeding recommendation based on your unique dog, which you can view on the Blend Details page of the Create A Blend process. Based on that daily feeding recommendation, we also tell you how many days a 6lb, 12lb, or 24lb order of your dog’s personalized blend will last in the Add to Cart section.

  3. What is your guarantee policy?

    We’re committed to you and your dog and want to ensure that you’re satisfied with your Just Right experience. If you find that you’re unsatisfied with your dog’s personalized blend for any reason, please contact our team via phone at 1-855-842-0493, email, or Live Chat, and one of our Just Right Experts will be happy to assist you.

  4. I placed my order but did not receive confirmation or an order number?

    Once your order is submitted, you should receive and a confirmation email with the order number. Please check your Spam folder to verify receipt. If found, be sure to add email@email.justrightpetfood.com to your approved email list. If it is not in your Spam folder, your order may not have been received or processed.   5. My order has shipped. How do I track its in-transit progress? When should it arrive?

    Our orders are shipped by UPS Ground. To track your order, please click on the following link or paste it into your browser: http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html. Enter your tracking number, found in your shipping confirmation email, in the Track by Number box, and click the Track button.

  6. How do I determine if my order is coming in more than one box?

    Each unique blend is shipped in one box regardless of bag quantity/weight purchased. If your order contains more than one personalized blend, you will receive multiple boxes. UPS should be able to provide more detailed information about the quantity of boxes in your shipment and their location. Visit http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to view additional information about the quantity of boxes in your shipment.

  7. My order would not go through – why?

  8. Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
