  1. How is your product shipped?

    Our products are shipped by UPS Ground with proper packaging materials. Multiple products may be shipped in more than one box, depending on the number and size of the products and packages. If multiple packages are shipped, the shipping label for each package will be marked 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.

  2. Can you ship to a P.O. box?

    Unfortunately, UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please make sure you provide us with a street address when ordering.

  3. Can I order my products by phone?

    No, all orders must be submitted via the online process found on our website.

  4. How quickly can I receive my product?

    We make every effort to fulfill your order immediately. Your personalized blend should arrive to your home approximately 10 business days from the order date, but don’t be surprised if it arrives sooner than expected!

  5. Will all of the items I ordered come in one package?

    Each personalized blend of Just Right will be shipped separately in its own box. An order containing multiple bags of the same blend (i.e. two 6 lb. bags or four 6 lb. bags) will ship with all bags of that blend in the same box.  

  6. Do I need to sign for the order?

    UPS drivers have the discretion to leave, or not to leave, a package at a residence without a signature depending on weather conditions and/or perceived safety of the environment.

  7. What if UPS will not leave packages at my address?

    You may want to talk with your local UPS office to see if there is an appropriate location at your address where they would be willing to leave the product. If not, you may want to make arrangements to have the product delivered to a nearby friend or relative. Our products are shipped via UPS Ground, and leaving packages without signature is at their discretion.

  8. How do I make these special arrangements with UPS?

  9. Can I place an order via a mobile app?

    We currently do not offer a mobile app, but you can place an order at any time using our mobile-friendly website on any smartphone or tablet.

  10. Will you ship product to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APOs or FPOs?

    Unfortunately, Just Right does not ship our products to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APOs or FPOs at this time. 

  11. Can you deliver to an address other than the one on credit card?

    Absolutely. When placing your order you will have the option of selecting or entering your desired shipping address, which can be different from your billing address.

  12. Do you offer expedited shipment?
